Who we are

About Rack & Stack

Rack and Stack Systems is engaged in the manufacturing and exporting of storage systems and in-plant material handling equipment.

The work starts with a building, not a product list. What is being stored, how heavy it is, how often it is picked and what equipment already moves through the space decide which system belongs in it — and that decision is made before anything is specified.

Manufacturing and exporting sit under the same roof as that planning, so a layout drawn for your site can be built against it and supplied as one system rather than assembled from unrelated parts.

Material handling

Equipment That Moves Stock

Beyond fixed storage, the same planning applies to the equipment that works alongside it — moving, lifting and positioning load through the day.

How we work

Our Approach

Seven steps, in the order they happen. Each one is a decision that affects the next, which is why the first two are about your space and not about our products.

  1. 01

    Site Visit

We start by seeing the space, the existing setup and how material actually moves through it.

  2. 02

    Requirement Understanding

Stock, item sizes, load weights, access patterns and the equipment already on site.

  3. 03

    Product Selection

Matching the requirement to a system rather than starting from a standard product list.

  4. 04

    Layout & Design

A layout drawn against your building — bay widths, aisle widths, levels and clearances.

  5. 05

    Consulting

Working through the options with you before anything is ordered, including what to change later.

  6. 06

    Supply

Manufacturing and supply against the agreed specification and timeline.

  7. 07

    After-Sales Support

Installation, hand-over and assistance that continue once the system is working.
